July 1, 2009The Trustees of The Hubbell-Waterman Foundation (The Foundation) have approved the expenditure of up to $250,000 for the purpose of assisting those who are newly unemployed in the Quad Cities with emergency food and shelter services. The funds must be directed to existing service providers not receiving Federal stimulus dollars, unless used to leverage additional grants.
