How to Apply

Quad City Scholars Program

Applying for a grant of any type requires you to fill out our application form which is available by clicking Apply Now. Submit your application on line, or if mailing, submit only one copy of your proposal. Please submit all materials printed single sided on 81/2 X 11 paper.

September 1 of each year is our deadline for you to completely and accurately fill out and sign your grant application and submit it on line or deliver it to our offices. Our address is:

We will acknowledge receipt of all applications within two weeks of submission. Late or incomplete applications may not be resubmitted until the following year's application cycle.

Our response to all applications placed on the annual agenda will be electronically transmitted to the applicant within two weeks of final action by the trustees of the Foundation.
